Federal 1040 and 1040 SR forms and instruction booklets and a range of New York State tax forms and instruction booklets are now available on the 7th floor of the New York State Library. If you have questions about the forms available at the NYS Library, contact the NYS Library's Reference Desk by email or by phone during library hours.
